This privacy statement explains how Protocol Policy Systems (PPS) collects, stores, uses and shares your personal information.
We recognise the importance of handling any personal data that is shared with us in accordance with privacy regulations.
We only collect personal information where it is necessary for you to access and interact with Policy Management as a Service.
We need to collect, store, and use the following personal information:
- Email address
- First name
- Last name
This information may be provided to us by you, or by your organisation’s Primary Administrator.
This information is stored by us in a database that is encrypted at rest, and has a hardened operating system with strict access controls.
The information is used to control your access into, and track your interactions with, Policy Management as a Service. We will only use and share personal information where necessary to carry out the functions for which we collected it, or if required by law.
We do not share your information with any third parties.
You can request to access and correct the information by contacting us via email support@kaonsecurity.co.nz.
By using Policy Management as a Service you confirm that you agree to the use of performance cookies which are essential for the operation of the service. No advertising cookies are used.
We may update this privacy statement from time to time, so feel free to check in again occasionally to see what might have changed.
